        公司非常重视员工培训工作,把培训作为人力资源开发的必要手段和实现公司战略的重要助推器。根据职业发展通道,结合个人特点,培养培训工程技术、商务营销、项目管理、职能管理、生产辅助和后勤服务六大职系人才队伍。人力资源部每年都会有针对性地开展培训需求调查,制定年度培训计划,包括新员工岗前培训、标准规范培训、执业资格培训、工程软件培训、专业技能培训、管理技能培训、商务礼仪培训、心理咨询培训、安全培训等。公司坚持“以人为本,育人为先”的培训理念,提倡终身学习,努力创建 “学习型工程公司”。
